** The Tuesday, October 30 Booster Club mtg has been rescheduled for Thursday, November 1 at 6 pm. The school is hosting a parent information night during our regularly scheduled meeting and we felt it important to change the date so parents can attend the sessions.**
Monday October 29: Choir Spirit Day/Night at Gringo’s on I-45 in Spring
Little flyers were sent home and will also be posted on the instagram and twitter. Anytime during business hours at Gringo’s, 20% of your bill will go towards the choir program. Make sure to let your server know you are participating!
Spring Trip: South Padre Island
Information about the spring trip was sent home over a week ago. The trip permission slip will be coming to students Friday or Monday and payment can be made once the permission slip is turned in to Mr. Smith. Also, if you plan on going on the trip, the entire choir fee must be paid before the deposit is paid. Please refer to the paper sent home for clarification on the deposit, payment dates, and trip info.
Ren Fest: November 7, 2018
Grades for the 1st progress report go in on Friday. Students who failed on the report card MUST pass all classes this report to regain eligibility, especially if they signed up to attend Ren Fest next month. Students who passed the report card and have a failing grade now are okay and do not lose eligibility. Trip information is coming out next week!!

The choirs performed beautifully at all events this month. We sang for several pep rallies, 2 concerts, and the school dedication. Mr. Smith is proud of all of you and thankful for your commitment to our choir program. We are on our way to a stellar year!
